I reckon they’re on McMaster Street in Victoria Park.
I believe it could be 144 Mill Point Road, South Perth. There is another angle of the same building in the Richard Woldendorp collection , 216583PD.
I agree with Mill Point Road, South Perth, but would say it is no. 154 rather than 144.
Definitely 154 Mill Point Road South Perth. Google Maps has a good view which shows it clearly.
Edit: please excise “definitely” and substitute “it looks like it could be 154 Mill Point Road …” and delete “shows it clearly”, substituting “seems to show it.”
