Can you tell us the street in West Perth this house is in? The street address on the letterbox is no. 1. The photograph was taken ca. 2005.
371533PD: No. 1 which street, West Perth?

I think it’s probably 1 Prowse Street, West Perth. The building behind it is on Collins Street (but set back from the street). From Google maps it appears this house & the one next to it have been demolished. Cheers.
Yes this was 1 prowse street, originally it was 37 colin crescent (changed from colin place in 1901) but they renamed the street to prowse street in 1931 and therefore changed the house numbers. This house belonged to my family, originally purchased by my great grandfather john giralt in 1902. I have photos of the house from the early 1900s and the late 70s when the family sold it. The house was demolished in 2008.
