As I’ve mentioned before, I get all sorts of newsletters that help keep me up to date with good web resources – this last week there’s been a quite a few good web sites includuing:
- The Modern Olymics : an Overview found by the librarians at Resourceshelf.com and great overview of the history of the Modern Olympics from the Australian Parliamentary Library. More books on the history of the Olympics can be found using the State Library Catalogue.
- Lost Titles Forgotton Rhymes : how to find a novel, short story or poem without knowing its title or author this one from the Library of Congress in the US was mentioned in the Internet Scout Project and on Project Wombat, however if you still can’t find the item you want ask our librarians for more help!
Happy hunting!
