W.A. writer Samantha Ellen Tidy has a nice-looking website about her life and writing.
Tidy was runner-up in the 2000 T.A.G. Hungerford Award for her novel Cappuccino Diva, set in Fremantle in the late 1990s. It was published in 2003 by Black Coffee Press; your local public library can order it in for you.
You can even read the opening chapters of some of her unpublished novels.

Interestingly, she now works at the State Library of Victoria.

Hi Chaps!
It’s so lovely to find this listed here… and if you like, you can list the exact website name : http://www.samanthatidy.com.
I will be updating my website shortly, to reflect new published work… and true I do work at The State Library of Victoria – which I will be away from for 3 months this year, to work at The Biblioteque Nationale de France in Paris on a scholarship, researching how French and Australian Libraries cater for young audiences. A blog to follow (which will be listed on samanthatidy.com)..
Ps. Cogratulations Nathan, on the TAG in 2003!
Samantha

Thanks Samantha
– I’ll change the URL. Good luck in France. That sounds great.
